Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bites
My new favorite high(er) protein sweet treat — peanut butter banana protein bites with a chocolate dip and sea salt.

Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 3 1/2 tbsp PB2 powder (mixed with water)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops PEScience Peanut Butter vegan protein (code KATHRYN)
- 2 tbsp honey
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
- 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Mix the PB2 powder with a small amount of water until it reaches a peanut-butter consistency.
- Add PB2, almond flour, protein powder, vanilla extract, and honey to the mashed banana.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls. Optional: refrigerate to set a bit more.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with a small amount of coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each ball halfway into the chocolate and place on parchment paper. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
